The 15,000 m2 Gul Elektrik warehouse for dispatch of Jupiter brand goods, located in Büyükçekmece, provides great service advantages using the latest warehouse technologies. Customer needs are fulfilled instantly from the second warehouse in Karaköy and flawless service is provided through automation in both warehouses.

ACCESS TO WAREHOUSE DATA FROM ALL OVER THE GLOBE
To meet customer demands accurately, an online data transfer system is used, forwarding data from the sales field to the support staff. This system also allows sales representatives to access data needed by the customers online (inventory, risk analysis, etc.) via their cell phones, and anywhere around the globe. Orders received by sales staff on the field are forwarded to the support staff via cell phones. After being checked by the support staff, the orders are approved and forwarded to the warehouse handheld terminals. The warehouse staff prepares the orders to be shipped and prints the necessary forwarding note to deliver the order instantly.

THE WORKSHOP
The online warehouse application is also used actively by the support staff after sales in the workshop department. Spare parts are provided and necessary repairs are made in the workshop, and all such operations are available for tracking online for fast and flawless service.
